Who can see my data?

The straightforward answer is: it's simply you. Though keep an eye open for people peeking over your shoulder!!

Let's look into how we protect your data. While using the Well-being Solved app, you may write personal thoughts in your journal or record your mood and reasons for your feelings. This data is private and for you to feel safe, here is how we handle your data.

  1. We use a process called pseudonymisation when storing your mood tracking, and journal data. This means your entries in these features are not attached to your name or your email address. Your datais not linked to your name or email address.
  2. Well-being Solved staff do not have access to your data. Your historic data is processed automatically by the app and is not seen by anyone other than you.
  3. Charts and graphs are automatically created and have no human touchpoints.
  4. Notifications concerning your data and activity on the app are generated automatically with no human touchpoints. The only human-written notifications are generic system messages unrelated to your app activity.
  5. Your email address is encrypted at rest in the database.
  6. Your email address and activity data is not sold to third parties.
  7. You can download all your data by visiting your profile and clicking the "JSON or CSV" buttons. Data in CSV format is readable by most spreadsheet packages, or JSON format is for the more technical user. The data available is the same in both formats.
  8. If you're accessing Well-being Solved through your employer, rest assured your private data will not be shared with them. We may share general data, like user numbers and popular features, but your personal information stays privateWe do not advise who is or isn't using the app.

Ai Privacy

The Well-being Solved app features an AI Assistant powered by Claude AI technology developed by Anthropic. As such, conversations may be shared with Anthropic to facilitate the Ai dialogue capabilities. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.

Use of the Ai Assistant function assumes you accept your data being used in this way.

There are no functions or features in the administration areas of the Well-being Solved app for the Well-being Solved team to view your Ai chats.

Check our privacy policy at any time to see the latest details in respect to your data privacy.

You also have the ability to delete all or some of your data, and maintain your account active status

Before doing this, you may want to download your data as described above. Data is not retrievable once it has been deleted, even by Well-being Solved support staff.

To delete some or all of your data and still maintain your account, log in to your account and follow the steps below.

  1. Click on your name in the top right of the screen.
  2. Click on profile.
  3. Scroll down and choose which types of data you would like to delete.
  4. Click the "Delete Selected Data" button.
  5. Then confirm the data deletion request.

Deleting Ai Chat history only deletes your data from the Well-being Solved app. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.

To delete your account and all your data

Consider downloading your data first using the CSV or JSON buttons in your profile. Data cannot be retrieved once your account has been deleted.

If you decide to close your account and wish to delete your data, log in to your account and follow the steps below.

  1. Click on your name in the top right of the screen.
  2. Click on profile.
  3. Scroll down and press the "Delete Account" button.
  4. Then confirm the account deletion request.

All your data, including your name and email address, will be deleted from the app immediately.
