What are challenges?

Challenges are simple ways to help you develop regular practice in your well-being. Your challenge progress is not shared with anyone. When you join a challenge your well-being activity that is connected to the challenge will be recorded automatically. 

You can also abandon a challenge at any time if you don’t feel that the particular well-being practice is not for you. Just visit the Challenges page and then click on the “Active Challenges” tab. You can also view your successfully completed challenges by clicking the “Completed Challenges” tab.

If you are accessing Well-being Solved via your company your employer will not see your activity in challenges.
