Focused breathing is very effective at either calming or energising the mind and body. Most of the breathing exercises in the app are designed to help calm the mind and body. You can find out a little more about the exercises by reading the "Guide" on the home page.
To practice the breathing exercises, simply choose a breathing exercise from the home page and follow the onscreen instructions.
The breath circle will expand when you inhale, stay the same while you hold your breath, and shrink when you exhale.
You can adjust the number of breath cycles for each exercise and, for some exercises, change the duration.
Start by using the default settings for all breathing exercises. As you gain experience, you can try more cycles or longer durations.
